4 Ingredient Recipe: Baked Brie with Cranberry Sauce

Looking for a quick and easy holiday appetizer, look no further! This baked brie with cranberry sauce has a festive look and is incredibly delicious. With only 4 ingredients it is easy to shop for, easy to make and sure to impress your holiday guests!


  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Ounces Cranberries 
  • 1 Round of Brie Cheese.

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat combine the sugar and orange juice. Once combined add in the cranberries, and leave on heat until the cranberries begin to pop (about 15 minutes). 
  2. Transfer the cranberry sauce into a bowl and allow to cool. The sauce will thicken as it cools. 
  3. Cut or peel off the top of the brie cheese and fill with the cranberry sauce and put into an oven preheated to 475, and bake for 10 minutes. Be attentive and bake until the inside has melted and the cranberries are bubbling, but not to the point that the sidewalls of the brie collapse. 
  4. Serve with Crackers
